Questo ci permette di supportare EPC contractor e compagnie petrolifere con la fornitura chiavi in mano di connettori speciali subsea.<\/p><p>I connettori subsea di De Pretto Industrie sono prodotti speciali, sviluppati su commessa, per soddisfare i requisiti operativi e di installazione di qualsiasi progetto, con l\u2019obiettivo di rendere le attivit\u00e0 subsea veloci, sicure ed affidabili. Inoltre, la natura stessa dell\u2019applicazione subsea, dove i connettori speciali vengono installati a migliaia di metri di profondit\u00e0, richiede lo sviluppo di soluzioni affidabili e allo stesso tempo in grado di minimizzare il rischio di ritardi nell\u2019esecuzione delle campagne di installazione subsea.<\/p><p>La fabbricazione, qualifica e collaudo dei nostri connettori subsea avvengono presso la nostra officina storica di Schio, dove oltre un secolo di esperienza nella fabbricazione di prodotti complessi per l\u2019industria dell\u2019energia contribuisce al successo dei nostri clienti. e linee riser flessibili per trasferire i fluidi e i gas tra gli equipaggiamenti posizionati sul fondale marino e le infrastrutture galleggianti, come ad esempio le FPSO. L\u2019installazione di queste linee flessibili \u00e8 resa particolarmente complessa dalla loro torsione residua, la quale impedisce ai diverless vertical connector (MCV o VCM) di mantenere una posizione verticale atta a permettere un collegamento rapido e sicuro con gli equipaggiamenti subsea. Inoltre, la torsione residua nelle pipeline e linee riser flessibili pu\u00f2 compromettere la loro sicurezza e longevit\u00e0.<\/p><p>I connettori swivel di De Pretto Industrie sono dei componenti essenziali per trasformare delle campagne di installazione sottomarine particolarmente complesse in semplici operazioni dalle tempistiche certe. In particolare, lo swivel subsea viene integrato tra la terminazione del riser flessibile e il suo diverless vertical connector, tipicamente tramite delle connessioni flangiate, le quali possono essere personalizzate per rispettare i requisiti e le interfacce di progetto. connettore swivel subsea pu\u00f2 essere utilizzata anche per ridurre i rischi di rotazione incontrollata di inline component durante il varo a S in acque profonde (S-Lay). Questo fenomeno \u00e8 particolarmente critico quando gli inline component come PLEM, PLET, ILS (inline sled) o ILV (inline valve) devono essere installati subsea all\u2019interno di tolleranze angolari particolarmente stringenti.<\/p><p>Durate le fase di S-lay, la pipeline pu\u00f2 ruotare a causa di molti fattori: l\u2019attrito tra pipeline e rulliere, asimmetrie geometriche della pipeline, deformazioni plastiche, tensioni residue indotte dalla saldatura, inline component con baricentri eccentrici, attrito con il fondale marino e molte altre cause. Questi fattori possono portare all\u2019installazione degli inline component al di fuori delle tolleranze angolari richieste, e di conseguenza, ad operazioni offshore particolarmente lunghe e complesse necessarie a correggere la posizione dell\u2019inline component in questione.<\/p><p>La nostra tecnologia Easy Lock pu\u00f2 essere facilmente integrata all\u2019interno degli inline component per permettere la rotazione della pipeline durante le operazioni di varo. In seguito al corretto posizionamento dell\u2019inline component, il sistema di tenuta con guarnizioni metalliche pu\u00f2 essere attivato con un ROV.
