gas, combinando la flessibilit\u00e0 e le forti competenze offshore della nostra business unit Special Projects con un impianto produttivo in grado di coprire tutte le fasi di fabbricazione e collaudo.<\/p><p>Nelle applicazioni offshore, l\u2019industria oil &amp; gas deve continuamente affrontare le sfide poste dal mare nel trasferimenti di fluidi tra infrastrutture fisse a galleggianti. \u00c8 infatti necessario in questi casi l\u2019utilizzo dei single point moorings (SPM): delle infrastrutture in grado di fornire un punto di ancoraggio a petroliere durante le operazioni di carico e scarico e, allo stesso tempo, di consentire la loro rotazione attorno all\u2019SPM in base alle condizioni ambientali generate dal vento e dalle correnti.<\/p><p>Il carico e lo scarico di queste navi utilizzando un single point mooring \u00e8 necessario durante:<\/p><ul><li>Il trasferimento di fluidi con impianti onshore di import o export in prossimit\u00e0 della costa dove le infrastrutture di ormeggio, come porti e moli, non sono disponibili;<\/li><li>Il trasferimento di fluidi tra una FPSO di tipo spread mooring e petroliere quando \u00e8 necessario un punto di off-loading a distanza di sicurezza dall\u2019FPSO;<\/li><li>Il trasferimento di fluidi da un campo subsea a petroliere o FPSO.<\/li><\/ul><p>La caratteristica principale di un single point mooring \u00e8 la possibilit\u00e0 delle nave o FPSO di ruotare attorno al punto di ancoraggio durante il trasferimento dei fluidi senza interrompere il passaggio dei prodotti trasferiti. Questo \u00e8 possibile grazie a un elemento fondamentale dell&#8217;SPM: il fluid swivel. Il fluid swivel ha funzioni sia meccaniche che idrauliche. Infatti, \u00e8 sia un componente meccanico che collega una parte fissa e una rotante, sia un giunto idraulico in grado di resistere alla pressione del fluido ed ai carichi applicati alle sue connessioni senza avere perdite o sversamenti del fluido trasferito.<\/p><p>Nell&#8217;industria offshore, ogni progetto pu\u00f2 variare in modo significativo a causa dei vincoli ambientali e di quelli operativi.
